安高純一（やすたか・じゅんいち）

業務内容：異文化人事マネジメントが専門。日本と英国に各20年間以上勤務。

欧州の日系企業向けに日本語と英語で人事労務業務の支援や企業幹部に対する異文化管理研修やコーチングを実施。Durham州在住。

大学卒業後、日本精工（株）入社。22年間で、工場、経理、人事、海外営業。英国法人で、営業管理、Company Secretary、ダラム州で自動車向け部品工場立ち上げ。日本本社に戻り、人事課長。その後、英国Durham大学（1832年創立）でSenior Visiting Fellowとして出向後本社に戻り1998年に退職後渡英。

1998年Arthur Andersen UK（日系企業担当ダイレクター）、2001年日本に戻りAtlas Copco Japan（人事部長）、 三菱自動車工業（人事部長）、Daimler-Benz Japan（人事総務ダイレクター）を経て2005年退職。

2006年 – 2008年: 英国ダラム大学、東アジア研究学部名誉客員研究員

2007年 – 2018年 Across Associates (London) パートナー

2008年 – 2010年: Deloitte LLP UKの社外シニアコンサルタント

現在：帝京大学ダラム校非常勤講師。

Junichi Yasutaka.

Managing Director of Global Link Consultants Ltd. UK (Inter-cultural Human Resources strategic management and people development support to Japanese organisations in Europe since 2006).

During the 22 years at Nippon Seiko KK (NSK) after graduation, worked in various departments: factory, finance, HR, global marketing, NSK UK. Seconded to Durham University (UK) as Visiting Fellow, returned to Tokyo HQ as Global HR manager. 

In 1998 joined Arthur Andersen UK as a senior HR consultant. Left Arthur Andersen in 2001 and joined Atlas Copco Japan. In 2002 moved to Mitsubishi Motors Corp as HR General Manager. In 2003 moved to DaimlerChrysler Japan as HR & Admin Director.

Moved to the UK in 2005 to start Global Link Consultants Ltd.  

2006 – 2008: An Honorary Visiting Fellow at the University of Durham’s Department of East Asian Studies.

2007 – 2018 Partner at Across Associates in London

Jan 2008 – Jun 2010: External Senior Consultant at Deloitte LLP UK.

Currently a visiting lecturer at the Teikyo University in Durham.
